Business Development - Blasting & Painting Services

You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Location : Thane, Taloja Office & Site as well as field work across India
Responsibilities:
- Business Development of Blasting & Painting Division
- Carry out complete costing
- Submission of bids and concluding contracts
- Execution Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Science / Engineering
- NACE level II or equivalent with experience in various types of Industrial Blasting & Painting / Insulation / Passive Fire Protection
- Minimum 8 – 10 years field experience
Reporting to : Sr. Management
Sector : Oil & Gas / Chemical
Scaffold & Safety Trainer
Location : Thane, Taloja Office & Site as well as field work across India
Qualification : Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Science/Engineering/Education
Additional Qualification : Post Graduate Diploma In HSE / Fire & Safety & Train The Trainer Certification in Scaffolding from CSDCI / CISRS
Minimum Experience : 5 to 6 years field experience
Sector : Oil & Gas / Construction / Chemicals
Responsibilities :
- Independently manage all training activities
- HSE documentation
- Maintenance of Safety Record
- Accident/ Incident Investigation, etc
Reporting to : Sr. Management
